Tuna Picnic Salad Recipe
- 2 c. macaroni rings, uncooked
- 2 cans tuna, liquid removed
- 1 c. celery, finely minced
- 1 sm. can peas
- 4 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. salad dressing
- Cook macaroni rings and drain.
- Toss all ingredients, except salad dressing.
- Moisten well with 1/2 c. salad dressing.
- Chill.
- Just before serving, blend in remaining salad dressing.
- Serves 6.
