Apple Cinnamon Tart Recipe

  1. Preheat oven at 350.
  2. Prepare a pie plate with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine oats and 1 Tbsp.
  4. cinnamon.
  5. Toss with 1/4 c. apple juice.
  6. Press onto bottom of pie plate.
  7. Bake 5 min or possibly till set.
  8. Cold.
  9. In a mixing bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice; arrange on cooled crust in pan and set aside.
  10. In a small saucepan, combine water and remaining 1/2 c. apple juice.
  11. Sprinkle gelatin over water mix; let stand 3 min to soften.
  12. Cook and stir over medium heat till gelatin is completely dissolved; remove from heat.
  13. Add in yogurt, honey, remaining 1/2 tsp.
  14. cinnamon and almond extract; blend well.
  15. Pour over apples in crust.
  16. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
