Dad's chili
- 2 lb ground beef
- 3 can Chili beans (27 oz) whatever kind of spicy you like
- 1 can chili beans (15 oz)
- 4 stalk celery sliced
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper (optional)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can diced tomatoes for chili
- Saute the celery in butter for about 5 min.
- Then add peppers and onions.
- Saute until tender.
- Brown the ground beef
- While beef is browning put the beans, tomatoes, celery, onions & peppers in a large stock pot.
- Add the beef to the bean mixture.
- Add your salt and pepper.
- And simmer for about an hour.
