Turkey-Herb Bagel
- 3 cups PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 24 each Whole wheat bagels, split, toasted
- 72 slices mesquite turkey breasts, cut into 1 oz. slices
- 24 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 8 each tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
- cream cheese spread onto cut sides of each of 2 bagel halves.
- Place 3 turkey slices (3 oz.
- ), 1 lettuce leaf and 2 tomato slices on bottom half of bagel; cover with top of bagel.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, wrap individually and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
