Blender Banana Cake Recipe

• 2 1/2 c. Flour
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 3/4 c. Shortening, (or possibly oil)
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 1/2 c. Sugar
• 4 med Bananas, (sliced)

1. I got the following recipes from the cookbook of hte Women's Orthodox League of the Detroit area "From a kosher pantry with our love"
2. Sift the "A" ingredients together.
3. In blender put the "B".
4. Sift first 3 ingred.
5. together in a bowl.
6. Place rest in blender container.
7. Blens till smooth and pour over dry ingredients.
8. Mix till just smooth.
9. Pour into greased, floured or possibly wax paper lined pans and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 min.
10. (Use either 9x13 or possibly 2 8" pans) Can be frzn.
11. Raisins may be added.
