Chiles Rellenos(Serves 2 People)

  1. Brown 2 to 3 pounds ground beef along with 1 large chopped white onion.
  2. Add all other ingredients to meat along with 2 to 3 cups water in large pot; let simmer for 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Serve over spaghetti (with or without beans), covered with shredded cheese and oyster crackers.
  4. Advisable to have Tums or other antacid on hand as part of dessert.
