Beef Mushroom Meat Loaf Recipe

  1. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
  2. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make 1/2 c..
  3. Combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and bread crumbs; let stand 5 min.
  4. Stir in beef and mushrooms.
  5. Put in loaf pan; combine catsup and corn syrup and spread over top.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour.
