Beef Mushroom Meat Loaf Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 (3 ounce.) can mushrooms, minced
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash pepper
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 1 tbsp. light corn syrup
- Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
- Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make 1/2 c..
- Combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and bread crumbs; let stand 5 min.
- Stir in beef and mushrooms.
- Put in loaf pan; combine catsup and corn syrup and spread over top.
- Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour.
