Spicy Noodle Bowl
- 1 qt. (4 cups) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 OSCAR MAYER Premium Jumbo Beef Franks, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into matchlike sticks
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 3 oz. angel hair pasta, uncooked, broken in half
- 1 cup tightly packed fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
- Bring first 7 ingredients to boil in large saucepan.
- Add pasta; cook 4 to 5 min.
- or until pasta and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
