Tekiwi
- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 3 ounces of fresh lime sweet and sour mix (see Note)
- 2 ounces of Patron Silver Tequila
- Ice
- Fresh mint leaves
- In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi with the simple syrup.
- Add sweet and sour mix, tequila, and ice.
- Shake well and double-strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
