Tekiwi

  1. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi with the simple syrup.
  2. Add sweet and sour mix, tequila, and ice.
  3. Shake well and double-strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
