Italian Meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredients together except for the tomato sauce.
  2. Press into a loaf pan, and place on a baking sheet to catch any spillage.
  3. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
  4. Take out of the oven, and tilt in the sink to drain excess fat drippings.
  5. Pout the tomato sauce over the top of the loaf.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.
