Hot Crab Dip
- 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat, free of shells
- 1 cup grated pepperjack cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, minced
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole and gently stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot with crackers or to ist points.
