Quinoa Muffin Power

  1. PRE-HEAT OVEN AT 375F.
  2. HAND MIX THE QUINOA, PROTEIN POWDER, EGG WHITES, NUTS AND SPICES IN A BOWL.
  3. POUR MIXED CONTENT INTO SPRAYED OR LINED LOAF (OR MUFFIN) TIN.
  4. LET IT BAKE FOR 30 40 minutes.
