Quinoa Muffin Power
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 3 scoops vanilla protein isolate
- 2 scoops chocolate protein isolate
- 3 cups egg whites
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- PRE-HEAT OVEN AT 375F.
- HAND MIX THE QUINOA, PROTEIN POWDER, EGG WHITES, NUTS AND SPICES IN A BOWL.
- POUR MIXED CONTENT INTO SPRAYED OR LINED LOAF (OR MUFFIN) TIN.
- LET IT BAKE FOR 30 40 minutes.
