Sweet and Sour Salad

  1. Whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. Make at least a day ahead and refrigerate.
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Add crushed noodles and walnuts; toast until warm.
  5. In a salad bowl, combine the Romaine, broccoli, and green onions.
  6. Add the dressing, toss and sprinkle with ramen and walnut mixture.
