Creamy Light Fettuccine Alfredo

  1. Cook pasta, drain.
  2. Place pasta in a large non-stick saute pan along with milk and garlic.
  3. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  4. Add cheese.
  5. Continue cooking until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in parsley and black pepper.
  7. Add steamed veg.
  8. toss gently and serve.
