Fruit Dip

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 14-13 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon original double-strength vanilla
• 12 teaspoon caramel extract
• apples or pear, cored and sliced

1. Blend first four ingredients using electric mixer.
2. Use as a dip for apple or pear slices.
