Banana tidbits
- 6 bananas
- 1 cup ground pecans
- 1 cup cake crumbs
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Peel and cut bananas into 4, making 24 pieces in all.
- Dip in slightly beaten eggs to which lemon juice has been added.
- Then roll in cake crumbs and nuts.
- Coat well.
- Place on a greased baking dish and bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
- Healthy, easy to make and great for kid's parties!
- Best eaten the same day.
- Enjoy!
