Salmon Appetizer Recipe
- 1 pkg. lg. pasta shells
- 1 can pink salmon, flaked & liquid removed
- 1 c. celery, minced fine
- 1/4 c. green pepper, minced fine
- 1 tbsp. minced fine red onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- Cook shells in salt water.
- Drain and cold.
- Mix the remaining ingredients.
- Fill pasta shells and chill 1-2 hrs till ready to serve.
- Garnish with sliced olives or possibly pimento.
- Makes 16 servings.
