Cocktail Meat Balls Or Frankfurters

  1. Mix

  4. crumbs, egg and salt;
  5. shape into 50 small meat balls (1/2 inch).
  6. Place in shallow baking pan (13 x
  7. 9 x 2 inches).
  8. Broil until browned;
  9. turn once.
  10. Spoon off fat. Meanwhile,

  12. saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until
  13. tender.
  14. Stir

  16. remaining ingredients.
  17. Pour over
  18. meat balls.
  19. Cover;
  20. bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  21. Makes 50 meat balls for appetizers.
