Continental sweetish pork gravy
- 4 tsp mustard oil
- 3 tsp white mustard seed powder
- 3 large onion
- 5 each green chilli
- 1 half kg pork cut into small cubes
- 3 tsp orange juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt and turmeric each
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper powder
- first boil the pork till it cooks well.
- then separate the pork from the leftover water.
- donot throw the water.
- marinate the pork with all the items listed except mustardoil, green chilly and onion.
- keep it for half an hour.
- in a karahi, heat the mustard oil and then mix the onion.
- fry it till becomes light brownish.
- add the green chillies and the marinated pork.
- cook it for two minutes without covering top.
- then add the leftover water as per your requirement and wait till it becomes thick gravy.sparkle with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
