Continental sweetish pork gravy

  1. first boil the pork till it cooks well.
  2. then separate the pork from the leftover water.
  3. donot throw the water.
  4. marinate the pork with all the items listed except mustardoil, green chilly and onion.
  5. keep it for half an hour.
  6. in a karahi, heat the mustard oil and then mix the onion.
  7. fry it till becomes light brownish.
  8. add the green chillies and the marinated pork.
  9. cook it for two minutes without covering top.
  10. then add the leftover water as per your requirement and wait till it becomes thick gravy.sparkle with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
