Bohemian Stew Recipe
- 2 1/2 lb Beef stew meat
- 2 c. Minced carrots
- 2 c. Minced celery
- 3 x Onions, cut up
- 3 Tbsp. Tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 can Tomatoes (28 ounce size)
- 1 c. Diced potatoes
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 1/2 c. Frzn peas
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 c. Warm water
- Combine all ingredients into heavy cookware.
- Bake covered at 250 degrees F for five hrs, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with dumplings or possibly boiled potatoes or possibly buttered noodles.
