Rocky Road MINUTE Tapioca Pudding

  1. Mix chocolate, sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to full boil.
  4. (Pudding thickens as it cools.)
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in marshmallows, walnuts and vanilla.
  7. Cool 20 minutes; stir.
  8. Stir before serving.
  9. Serve warm or chilled.
  10. Garnishing Tip: Garnish with a dollop of thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and sprinkle with grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate.
