Creamy Potato Soup Recipe
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/3 c. instant mashed potatoes, dry flakes
- 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Heat butter and saute/fry onions.
- Add in salt, celery salt, pepper, and lowfat milk to scalding.
- Stir in potato flakes.
- Continue cooking till smooth, stirring constantly.
- Soup should be consistency of heavy cream.
