Creamy Potato Soup Recipe

• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/3 c. instant mashed potatoes, dry flakes
• 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
• 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
• 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk

1. Heat butter and saute/fry onions.
2. Add in salt, celery salt, pepper, and lowfat milk to scalding.
3. Stir in potato flakes.
4. Continue cooking till smooth, stirring constantly.
5. Soup should be consistency of heavy cream.
