Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
- Baked pie shell
- 1 pkg. vanilla Jello pudding (3 1/2 ounce.), not instant
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce.) Cold Whip
- Stir egg in pot.
- Add in lowfat milk then pudding.
- Cook as usual.
- When done, add in sugar, vanilla and peanut butter.
- Pour in pie shell and chill when cold.
- When served, cover with Cold Whip.
