Peanut Butter Brownies

  1. Separate eggs.
  2. Beat the whites until frothy.
  3. Add salt and cream of tartar; continue beating until eggs are stiff.
  4. Add the cornstarch to sugar and fold into egg whites, then fold the flour into the eggs, small amount at a time.
  5. Bake 35 minutes at 375u0b0.
