Seafood Crepes Recipe

  1. Heat butter in pan.
  2. Blend flour, chives and salt in butter.
  3. Slowly add in lowfat milk and sherry; cook till thick.
  4. Add in crab and shrimp.
  5. Fill crepes and roll.
  6. Bake 8 to 10 min at 350 degrees.
