Braised Mushrooms

  1. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter on medium.
  2. Add shallot and sage leaves; cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add wine, salt, and pepper.
  4. Boil on high 1 minute.
  5. Stir in 1 pound halved mushrooms.
  6. Reduce heat to medium.
  7. Cover; cook 5 minutes.
  8. Uncover; cook 12 minutes or until tender, stirring.
