Blue Cheese

• 12 gallon mayonnaise
• 34 cup half-and-half
• 34 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 3 cups blue cheese

1. Add ingredients in this order.
2. Cool in fridge.
