Peggy's Chocolate Mint Dessert

  1. Mix together 1 3/4 cup crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press into bottom of 9x13" pan.
  3. Cover crust and chill.
  4. Pour cream into large glass mixing bowl.
  5. Add mints and food coloring.
  6. Cover; refrigerate overnight to dissolve mints.
  7. Chill bowl and beaters thoroughly.
  8. Whip cream.
  9. Gently spread on prepared crust.
  10. Top with reserved 1/4 cup crumbs.
  11. Freeze until serving time.
  12. Cut into squares.
