Moist Lemony Poppy Seed Cupcakes

  1. Place cake mix and pudding mix into large bowl.
  2. Add eggs, oil, water and poppy seed.
  3. Blend until very smooth and glossy.
  4. Place batter into prepared cupcake pan.
  5. I prefer to line mine with cupcake papers.
  6. Bake 20 minutes at 325.
  7. When cool, frost with your favorite icing (I frost mine with cream cheese frosting.
