Shrimp Ball
- 2 Hard-boiled Eggs, Peeled And Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 12 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 6 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Frozen Salad Shrimp, Thawed And Chopped
- 1/4 cups Walnuts, Chopped
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients (everything except the nuts) together and form into ball.
- Roll in chopped walnuts.
- Put the ball onto a plate, cover with plastic wrap and put it into the refrigerator.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve with onion flavored Toasters crackers.
