Duck Crepes Recipe

  1. Over medium heat, heat butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir in flour and cook till bubbly.
  3. Add in broth, lowfat milk, and Worcestershire sauce; stir till thickened.
  4. Add in 2 c. cheese.
  5. Empty lowfat sour cream into medium bowl; gradually add in warm cheese sauce, stirring constantly.
  6. In large shallow baking dish, place cooked broccoli and cooked meat on each crepe.
  7. Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  8. sauce over each.
  9. Fold crepes over.
  10. Pour remaining sauce over all.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining c. of cheese.
  12. Cover and heat in 350 degree oven for 20-30 min.
