Crock Pot BBQ Beef

• 2 12 lbs chuck roast
• 12 cup water
• 1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce (your choice)
• 13 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 small onion, chopped
• salt and pepper (desired amount)

1. Place roast in crock pot.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil.
3. Cover roast with sauce mixture.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
5. Chop meat and stir.
