Cream Cheese And Fruit Salad

  1. In a small saucepan, bring pineapple and sugar to boil and then turn off.
  2. Mix gelatine in water until dissolved.
  3. In large bowl, cream the softened cream cheese.
  4. Gradually stir in the hot pineapple, then add gelatine and mix well.
  5. Add the mandarin oranges, cherries, 2 tablespoons of cherry juice, marshmallows and coconut.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Cool and refrigerate until mixture is set. Keep refrigerated to maintain firmness.
