Dark And White Chocolate Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 180 celsius
  2. Add dark chocolate, butter and water to a pan and heat until melted
  3. Add sugar, stir until dissolved and take off fire
  4. Add eggs, vanilla sugar, flour and pinch of salt and stir
  5. Add white chocolate and stir until the chocolate starts to melt
  6. Coat a 25x15cm baking dish with baking paper and throw in the mixture
  7. Bake for about 35 minutes
  8. Let cool and cut into squares
