Dark And White Chocolate Brownies
- 200 grams Dark Chocolate
- 100 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp Water
- 125 grams Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Sugar
- 40 grams Butter
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 150 grams White Chocolate
- Preheat oven to 180 celsius
- Add dark chocolate, butter and water to a pan and heat until melted
- Add sugar, stir until dissolved and take off fire
- Add eggs, vanilla sugar, flour and pinch of salt and stir
- Add white chocolate and stir until the chocolate starts to melt
- Coat a 25x15cm baking dish with baking paper and throw in the mixture
- Bake for about 35 minutes
- Let cool and cut into squares
