Hawaiian Burger

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the burger ingredients (except the flour).
  2. Mix until completely combined.
  3. Form the mixture into four patties.
  4. Flour the patties on both sides.
  5. Grill the patties over medium high heat.
  6. For medium rare this will take 5 minutes per side, but prepare them the way that you like them.
  7. For the Hawaiian sauce, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together in a small bowl.
  8. Assemble the burgers on a bun, garnishing with lettuce, tomato, cheese, pineapple ring and drop some of the sauce into the pineapple ring hole.
  9. Serve with fries.
