Hawaiian Burger
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 4 whole Burger Buns
- 1 whole Tomato
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Pineapple Rings (14 Oz Can Or Less)
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- In a large bowl, mix together all of the burger ingredients (except the flour).
- Mix until completely combined.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Flour the patties on both sides.
- Grill the patties over medium high heat.
- For medium rare this will take 5 minutes per side, but prepare them the way that you like them.
- For the Hawaiian sauce, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together in a small bowl.
- Assemble the burgers on a bun, garnishing with lettuce, tomato, cheese, pineapple ring and drop some of the sauce into the pineapple ring hole.
- Serve with fries.
