Ham and Potato Casserole

  1. In a saucepan heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste and add garlic.
  4. Pour into ungreased casserole dish.
  5. (I use a cake pan).
  6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. When it is done baking I sprinkle cheese on top and put back in the oven until cheese is melted.
