Lemon Ice Cream Tarts

  1. Place softened ice cream and lemonade concentrate in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into tart shells.
  3. Place tart shells on a baking sheet, and freeze until firm.
  4. Place frozen tarts in heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bags.
  5. Carefully remove filled crusts about 5 minutes before serving.
