Crock Pot Beef Sandwiches
- 1 12 lbs sliced deli roast beef
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle dark beer
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) box beef broth
- 4 ounces horseradish sauce
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 caesar salad dressing
- 1 lemon
- hawaiian rolls or hawaiian bun, I recommend 2 packages
- In 4 cup bowl mix Horseradish, Sour Cream, Dressing and juice from lemon.
- Let stand in refrigerator to chill.
- Place rest of ingredients except Deli Beef in Crock Pot.
- Bring to boil.
- Once boiling add beef and heat through.
- Slice rolls or buns.
- Add beef and sauce.
