Teriyaki Beef Tenderloin

  1. Combine sherry, soy sauce, soup mix, and brown sugar.
  2. Pour into a plastic bag or set in a bowl, and add the beef.
  3. Marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove meat and bake at 425 degrees (225 C.) for 45-50 minutes, basting with half of the marinade.
  5. Heat the remaining marinade with a little water or stock.
  6. Slice beef in 1/4 inch slices, spoon marinade juices over the slices and serve.
