Cheap n easy Chickpea Curry!

  2. Prepare a large skillet with the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add in the onions and garlic, cook down for 5 minutes or so until onions are translucent.

  5. Add in all the spices and stir to combine.

  7. Add in chickpeas and tomatoes and turn heat to medium-low.
  8. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve over rice or with naan, garnish with chopped cilantro!
