Toasted Shrimp Salad Boats

• 1/2 lb small cooked shrimp
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 1 tbsp chopped chives or minced onion
• 1 tsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise or to taste
• 6 hotdog buns
• 1 hot sauce to taste such as franks hot sauce or your favorite
• 1 shredded lettece
• 1 butter and garlic powder for toasting buns
• 1 salt and black pepper to taste

1. FOR BUNS
2. butter sides of buns and sprinkle with garlic powder toast lightly in skillet
3. combine shrimp with celery,chives,lemon,parsley,salt, pepper,hot sauce and mayonnaise
4. line toasted rolls with shredded lettece add shrimp salad and serve!
