PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Mint Sugar Cookie Dough Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  3. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  4. Mix cookie dough and mint extract until blended.
  5. Reserve 1/4 cookie dough.
  6. Drop teaspoonfuls of remaining cookie dough into cream cheese batter; stir gently until blended.
  7. Pour into crust; top with level teaspoonfuls of reserved cookie dough.
  8. Bake 40 min.
  9. or until center is almost set.
  10. Cool.
  11. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
