Liz's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Have a glass casserole dish ready.
  3. Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine meatball ingredients and shape into small meatballs.
  5. Place meatballs in the sauce that is still hot and boiling.
  6. Put mixture into a glass casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
  7. This is delicious served over rice, noodles or pasta.
