Turkey And Scalloped Potato Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Pour potato slices into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
  3. Sprinkle with contents of seasoning mix envelope and turkey.
  4. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  5. Stir in carrots, peas, milk and margarine; return to a boil.
  6. Pour over potatoes; stir.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  10. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
