Curry in a Hurry

  1. Sautee Onions and Garlic in Olive Oil.
  2. 5 minutes.
  3. Add Curry Powder and Ginger Powder and sautee for 2 minutes.
  4. Add Tomato Sauce, Water, and Chickpeas.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add Peas.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with Brown Rice.
