Scalloped Corn
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans kernel corn
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 1 (1/4 lb) Ritz cracker, crushed (1 tube)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 12 teaspoons pepper (or more to suit your taste)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for dotting top)
- In a microwave or oven safe bowl combine mix together corn and crushed crackers.
- Add the sugar, salt and pepper mix again.
- Place 4-5 butter slivers around the top of corn.
- Microwave for 7 minutes or till hot all the way through, or Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
