Chia Ocotea Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat together butter, egg, vanilla, syrup and yogurt.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into a greased 8X8 pan or two smaller ones for a thinner serving.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned.
  6. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve plain or with milk and walnuts.
