Chia Ocotea Baked Oatmeal
- 1 cup cooked steel cut oats
- 1 14 cups almond meal
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons butter, softened
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 12 cup maple syrup
- 14 cup chia seeds
- 14 cup yogurt
- 3 drops ocotea young living essential oils
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together butter, egg, vanilla, syrup and yogurt.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 8X8 pan or two smaller ones for a thinner serving.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned.
- Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve plain or with milk and walnuts.
