Tiramisu Anacapri

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well with whisk.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap, chill 20-30 minutes.
  3. Remove plastic wrap and add cream cheese.
  4. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended.
  5. Gently fold in cool whip.
  6. Combine hot water, Kahlua, and coffee.
  7. Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise.
  8. Arrange 16 halves, flat sides down, in trifle bowl or large glass bowl.
  9. Drizzle with 1/2 cup (125 ml) Kahlua` mixture.
  10. Spread 1/3 of pudding mixture evenly over ladyfingers, Sprinkle with 1 tbsp (15 ml) cocoa.
  11. Repeat layers, ending with cocoa.
  12. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
