Aunt Evs Lasagna
- 2 pounds Ground Beef Or Chicken
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cups Water
- 16 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 12 ounces, weight Tomato Paste
- 2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Sweet Basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 6 whole Lasagna Noodles
- 16 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Finely Chopped Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 cups Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese

- Brown meat and garlic in a skillet.
- 2.
- After the meat is browned, add garlic, soup mix, water, sauce, paste, oregano, basil, and salt.

- Mix well and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

- Prepare lasagna noodles as directed.
- 5.
- Layer ingredients in 9x13 baking pan in following order: sauce layer of 3 noodles ricotta cheese mozzarella cheese sauce layer of 3 noodles ricotta cheese mozzarella cheese sauce parmesan cheese 6.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- If refrigerated, bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
- If frozen, bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

- Let cool for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
