The Smith'S Favorite Supper

  1. Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
  2. Prepare frozen vegetables as directed in microwave.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan or wok; add meat and stir often for 2 minutes or until meat is browned on both sides; add onion chunks and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 more minutes.
  4. Prepare stir-fry mix as directed and add to meat mixture according to package directions.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Put rice on a large platter, leaving a slight hold in the middle.
  7. Arrange vegetables around the edges of platter.
  8. Put meat and gravy in center.
  9. Serve immediately.

  11. 30 minutes.
